At its heart, Well Marriage Center is an effort to disrupt business models that don’t prioritize us, therapists. We are reimagining private practice and as a group prioritizing what therapists want, need, and may have struggled to achieve in traditional private work. What this means is we are committed to bringing the best parts of private practice—autonomy and financial potential—to a specialized team setting for a richer vocational experience. Doing what’s best for therapists means everything to us and to me, and as you learn more about Well Marriage Center and the movement we’re creating together, I’m confident that you’ll see this mindset permeate our approach to everything we do. - We have a dedicated operations manager that takes care of all the office and business logistics. HVAC isn’t working? We’ll get it fixed. Superbill complications? We’re on it! Received a subpoena? we’ve handled them and we’ll be by your side.
- Our intake specialists manage referrals. We’ll get them into your schedule, get them prepped with the paperwork, and ready for your first session. We have streamlined communications so that you update your schedule whenever and however you want. Booked full? No problem. Need clients? We got`em! You’re in control, we do the rest.
- Our in-house marketing specialist competes on all the popular advertising platforms. Search engines, maps, video, and social. Our therapists rank! Marketing operations have taken a paramount leap into next-generation technologies and we’re investing in talent and technologies that keep you relevant. We are well-practiced, we are well managed; we are Well Marriage Center.

We Believe In Great Training
Couples counseling is a lifelong journey. We strongly believe in supporting you along that path by providing The Couples Institute’s Developmental Model for Couples training for every therapist. It’s a truly wonderful framework for helping couples. This certification resonates with useful tools and knowledge. Your training in the Developmental Model makes you uniquely valued within this field. And it doesn’t stop there. We learn together!

We have a wonderful spirit of collegiality within our team. We’re always glad to do a case consult, we always have a moment to bounce ideas, and you can join monthly case consultation groups if you like. The therapists here have built a special community of support and belonging.
